At KMS Silks, we take utmost care to ensure your sarees, lehengas, and ethnic wear are curated, packaged, and delivered to you in perfect condition. Because of the delicate, handcrafted nature of our garments, we follow a strict return and replacement policy.
⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Unboxing Video
Please take a video while opening the parcel. The video must be continuous and unedited, showing the sealed packaging, shipping label, and the complete unboxing process. Without this video, we cannot process any requests.
Conditions for Returns & Replacements
Yes, we accept returns only under these conditions:
1. Eligible for Return/Replacement
- The item is damaged during transit.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- You receive the wrong item (e.g. incorrect design or size).
2. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Other than the reasons specified above, we are strictly unable to accept returns or refund the money. This policy is in place due to the premium nature of the fabrics and custom designs. This includes:
- Change of mind or preference.
- Slight color variation due to screen brightness, settings, or photographic lighting.
- Sizing discrepancies if the item matches your order specification.
How to Request a Return
- Record the unboxing video from the moment you begin opening the courier package.
- Ensure the video clearly displays the damage, defect, or wrong item.
- Email us at kmsgroupservices@gmail.com with your Order ID, brief description, and attach the video within 48 hours of delivery.
